Sequim, WA – Dr Tom Hoyle addressed approximately 70 people, which included children, August 25, at the Olympic Theater Arts building. The event was sponsored by Olympic Bible Fellowship (OBF), in Sequim.
The topic Creationism vs Evolution was presented by Hoyle who resides at University Place, Tacoma, with Penny, his wife of 23 years.
Hoyle announced it takes more faith to believe in evolution than it does to believe in creation which is verified by Science.
With the topic, “Land of the Giants”, he showed photos of creatures before the flood, as described in the Bible. He also showed documentation from many museums. He later stated that museums are changing their displays very often, as scientists keep changing ideas about historical events, on evolution.
John Morris, a friend of Hoyle’s, has authored a film, “The Flood”, which shows the ark, built by Noah, which landed on Mt Ararat in Turkey. He as well as many others, defy evolution versus God. (Mt Ararat is almost 17,000 feet high.)
The speaker showed pictures of Mollusks, (clams), which before the flood measured 13 feet around the clam shell. Comparing that size to current sizes of clams, it shows the shrinking rather than evolving in size.
He showed documented pictures of the Sea Turtle, which had been 7 feet long and 14 x 16 feet across the shell. The great white shark, which is 29 feet long was much larger, in that day, as long as 60 feet.
Hoyle showed and described fowl and insects, which were much larger before the flood, as compared to post flood era. Ticks for example weighed around 40 pounds. The scientist also showed pictures proving the de-evolution of frogs and butterflies.
Hoyle has visited museums in many places, and has books and tapes to share with those who want to learn historical truth. He has described how documentation in museums shows, “giganticism.” That is like going backwards, according to him.
Hoyle is concerned with what children are being taught by false science and encourages parents and teachers to tell the truth. That truth can be found in the Bible, he asserted.
