Dear Editor,
We are now at the 2 week countdown mark, approaching the Rio + 20 Conference in Rio de Janeiro where the nation’s leaders are expected to sign over control of their nations to the United Nations through the Rio + 20 Treaty, making the UN the sole governing body of the world. So far, Obama has been in compliance with everything the UN has wanted to do.
This week’s topic is the UN’s “Public Private Partnerships”(PPPs). Public Private Partnerships are the UN’s form of fascist economic control in which the government, considered the “Public” portion, partners with the “Private” sector, which are corporations or other non-governmental organizations or “NGOs”. Fascist Dictator, Benito Mussolini defined this partnership between government and corporations as the perfect form of fascism since each side could accomplish control over the people that the other could not.
In a nutshell, these Public Private Partnerships are the very definition of fascism, and they are being sold to everyone as such a wonderful way to accomplish tasks that our government is supposed to be taking care of on its own, with the ever-so-precious tax money they collect from you and me. So when our government engages in these PPPs as a way to bring in the private sector to help fund projects, always keep in mind that first it is the very definition of fascism in action, and second, that the people will lose out every single time.
The people lose out every single time because;
1.) We have already paid for these projects through legal taxes which are collected specifically to be used on that purpose and that purpose alone. IF they do not use our tax money to accomplish these projects, as they often say they are too short on money, then you must always ask them- “Well you took our money specifically for that project, so where is that money right now??” Lately government seems to think that they can just dump all the collected taxes into a “general fund” and use it however they like, which is not the truth at all. Each thing that is taxed is voted in legally, and therefore it must only be used for that purpose or it must be returned the tax payer or no longer be taxed. Instead, they are dumping all non-used taxes into a general fund and sent to the State Treasury to be invested with the major banks and investment firms in our state Local Government Investment Pools(LGIPs).
2.) By bringing in the private sector, the people will pay as much as 25-30% more for each project that is accomplished in a PPP, PLUS they have already paid for it through taxation to begin with.
3.) The US Constitution guarantees Americans to have a Republican form of government, not a fascist form of government, as stated in Article IV, Sect. 4: “Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a Republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive(when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.”
According to “Understanding Sustainable Development (Agenda 21), A guide for Public Officials” produced by FreedomAdvocates.org the Public Private Partnerships are described below:
“In addition to its appeal for the international redistribution of wealth, Sustainable Development is actually restructuring the economy, molding it not on private enterprise, but on public-private partnerships. Public-private partnerships bring businesses desiring the protection offered by government’s legalized force together with government agents that want the power that comes with economic control. The power of economics and the force of government must serve as a check and balance on each other; combining the two will ultimately result in tyranny. Free enterprise is lost amid subsidies, incentives, tax-breaks, and insider privilege, and with it goes the notion that the customer is the final determiner of how resources are allocated in production. The Sustainable Development ‘partnerships’ involve some corporations- domestic and multinational-some tax-exempt family foundations, select individuals, and collectivist politician and their administrations. Of these participants, only elected politicians are accountable to the public for their actions.”
So always remember that PPPs = Fascism and that PPPs and our Constitutional Rights are inversely proportional. As the use of PPPs increases, our Consitutional Rights are proportionally eroded. So educate yourselves and don’t fall for this next UN economic trap called PPPs.
