TRIBAL CASINO’S RESERVED WATER RIGHTS
We have all heard the expression “Tribal CASINO’S, the Indians revenge on the Whiteman”
We all know that ALL Congressional reserved water rights, are based on the intended use of the water.
We all know that the intended use of reserved Tribal water rights was NOT for Tribal Casino’s , Bingo Halls, hotels, spas, gas stations, mini marts, outlets, leased land, health clinics, centers, gym’s, schools?
Have the tribes in WA State EVER bothered to legally change the intended use of Tribal reserved water?
We all know that the INDIAN CASINO’S, ETC. are the major source of income for tribes, NOT FISH!
How many acres of tribal land are being used for the UNINTENDED USE OF RESERVED WATER? INDIAN CASINO’S, Bingo, hotels, spas, gas stations, mini marts, outlets, health clinics, centers, gym’s, schools?
AND, how many acres of Tribal land are leased, again with UNINTENDED USE OF RESERVED WATER
How MUCH should Reserved Tribal Water Rights and INSTREAM FLOW be REDUCED to reflect this UNINTENDED USE OF RESERVED TRIBAL WATER?
