Taxpayer Action Day in Olympia, Tuesday Jan. 14th

Washington Citizens for a Sound Economy (CSE) is pleased to be a co-sponsor of the Evergreen Freedom Foundation’s (EFF) First Annual Taxpayer Action Day in Olympia on January 14. Tax increases are guaranteed this year unless we tell our representatives otherwise!

This is the same day as Governor Locke’s State of the State address and the Washington Education Association’s rally at the Capitol to demand more from the Legislature. As Bob Williams from EFF says, “It’ll be a hot time in town!”

Join us beginning at noon at the Capitol Fountain for a “No Tax Increase” Rally followed by numerous optional activities in the afternoon. The day will conclude by gathering to watch the Governor’s speech with follow-up comments from Bob Williams.

You don’t want to miss this exciting beginning to the 2003 Legislative Session. As taxpayers and conservatives, we need to be vigilant this year against any new attempts to increase our taxes.
