CLALLAM COUNTY HAS WATER
(a statement not a question)
The CLALLAM COUNTY property owners are entitled to the use of that water
(a statement not a question)
The WA State Appointed DOE [Department of Ecology] creates ALL WA State Water Rules.
Department of Ecology created the Skagit River Water Rule.
Department of Ecology and left 6000 property owners with ZERO water rights forever
Department of Ecology issued water rights to irrigate WSU [Washington State University] golf course
Department of Ecology created the Dungeness Water Rule
Department of Ecology leaving thousands of property owners without water
Indeed, we are to TRUST? the Department of Ecology ? when they tell the people of Clallam County, “We the people are running out of WATER?”
Indeed, “We the people” are also supposed to TRUST The Washington Water Trust?
http://www.
Whose primary goal is Working to restore our state’s rivers and streams?
and on Jan. 16, 2013, Washington Water Trust Launched the Dungeness Water Exchange?
May I suggest, “We the people” place our TRUST in our elected county officials.
