Department of Ecology claims that irrigation withdrawals cause pollution!

Washington State Department of Ecology issued a

Notice of Violation Order against the Methow Valley

Irrigation District that claims use of their

Legal Water Right reduces stream flow and causes pollution.

If not challenged the legal implications will set the precedent for All Water Users in the State of Washington.
