Regulating property and "The Polluter Pays Principle" = Fascism?
Dear Editor,
Last week I mentioned a few words about how regulating private property starts getting into fascism, since capitalism in America does not allow government to dictate what a person does on his privately owned land.
This week I would like to talk about something the UN created called “The Polluter Pays Principle” that requires the whole fascist idea of regulating private property. The Polluter Pays Principle basically states that people are using resources at rates that the UN doesn’t approve of, and therefore the only way to stop them from using the resources is to charge a tremendous amount for them.
For instance, the electricity rates keep escalating because they feel that if people want to use so much energy, they are just going to have to pay more for it. “Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class- involving high meat intake, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work air conditioning, and suburban housing are not sustainable.” Maurice strong, Secretary General of the UN’s Earth Summit , 1992.
You can see how this mentality will work so well for the corporations, who largely support Sustainable Development since it holds so many huge money making opportunities for them.
Even our National Parks are now charging higher rates for people who want to enjoy them. They think that the more they charge, the less people will want to go there. Look at our “Discovery Passes” now. The “Polluter Pays”.
However, when you use less power, less power isn’t being made. The power companies simply have more to sell to someone down the line. So how is using less power from the power company saving the planet? Its not. Its about making corporations huge amounts of money and using the environment as an excuse. It’s a huge money making scheme by replacing rights with endless permits.
So really, industries don’t get shut down, they are simply made to pay large amounts of money for permits in order to continue polluting. Where does that money go? Well that is a characteristic of Cap and Trade, and in Africa, Cap and Trade revenues were used to support UN functions, with 5% staying with that country’s government and the rest going to the UN. Here is the UN’s website link to that info-save it to your records. http://www.un.org/ecosocdev/geninfo/afrec/vol15no4/154finan.htm
This is why they are regulating our private property now, and that is called fascism. Fascism through the “Polluter Pays Principle”.
They are restricting the use of the environment for their own profit. If you look at the Wildlands Project, they want all the people to be out of the rural areas and into Sustainable Cities. It doesn’t take much to figure out who will profit from all the resources once the public isn’t allowed out of the sustainable cities by say, 2040. Instead they will own all the rural land and resources, and they will have indentured labor supplies within the Sustainable Cities.
I previously mentioned they hid their agenda from us. Here is a revealing quote to end with: “Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy-fixated groups and individuals in our society who fear ‘one-world government’ and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away, and would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined ‘the conspiracy’ by undertaking LA21(Agenda 21). So we call our process something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.” J. Gary Lawrence, advisor to President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development.
