If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it. ~Ronald Reagan

The history of WATER movement
All streams flow into the sea, yet the sea is never full. To the place the streams come from, there they return again. Ecclesiastes 1:7

APPOINTED Federal, State and Local Policy
EPA and the US Senate Report “Clouded Waters”

Water moves TAX IT

Maryland HAS AN EPA MANDATED $14.8 BILLION DOLLAR RAIN TAX.( not considered news worthy)
For the clean-up of 4479 sq mi of Chesapeake Bay.
The going rate for EPA MANDATED clean-up? IS $3,304,309.00 a sq mi

IF THE EPA MANDATED A WA STATE “RAIN TAX” TO CLEAN UP PUGET SOUND?

No problem, Puget Sound (per) PSP has ONLY 2500 sq mi
At the going rate $3,304,309.00 sq mi for an EPA mandated cleanup of Chesapeake Bay

IT WOULD ONLY BE $8,260,772,500.00

EIGHT BILLION DOLLARS

FOR AN EPA MANDATED “RAIN TAX” CLEAN-UP FOR PUGET SOUND
