Letter to the Editor from Rene Holladay

Dear Editor,
People regularly ask me how the UN has been able to establish its own governance infrastructure throughout America without anyone knowing about it?  First of all, the process is only now becoming apparent in our daily lives as the Agenda 21 principles are being put into action.  It has, however, been insidiously working its way into our country since the signing of the UN membership 67 years ago in 1945.
The biggest steps toward implementing “The UN’s Sustainable Development Agenda 21” were accomplished through our Presidents, without the support of Congress and without the ratifying of any international Treaties in order to make the process legal.
In the summer of 1992, George Bush Sr. returned home from the UN’s Rio de Janeiro Summit on Sustainable Development called UNCED, and instantly implemented the first phases of Sustainable Development through means of  “Policy Recommendation”, called “Soft Law”.  It illegally bypassed every check and balance we have established in our nation, and showed up in every county in the USA under names like Comprehensive Planning, the Growth Management Act, and Smart Growth.
Speaking in an interview with Sarah McClendon in December.’92,”George Bush; The Unauthorized Biography”, George Bush Sr. stated: “Sarah, if the American People had ever known the truth about what we Bushes have done to this nation, we would be chased down in the streets and lynched.”  I have to wonder, was Bush referring to this implementation of the UN’s foreign governance infrastructure into the USA?
Immediately after Clinton got into office in 1993, he picked up right where Bush left off and established, through Executive Order, the President’s Council on Sustainable Development(PCSD) for the purpose of implementing Agenda 21 whether the people liked it or not.
It was deceptively implemented by purposely not allowing people to know that the programs were foreign governance UN programs.  According to J. Gary Lawrence, an advisor to the PCSD, who made the following statement in 1998:

“Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy-fixated groups and individuals in our society…. This segment of our society who fear ‘one-world government’ and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined ‘the conspiracy’ by undertaking LA21 [Local Agenda 21]. So, we call our processes something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.”
So these programs were given to the County Commissioners in fully detailed manuals with preselected options for implementation.  Nobody was told that it was foreign governance infrastructure, and nobody was any the wiser.  They were given the pre-selected choices to choose from, but were never allowed to reject the document.  This made elected officials feel as though they were able to sculpt their own ideas into it, when in fact, they were never given the chance to choose outside of the pre-selected options, so they were more or less bamboozled into implementing foreign governance structure into our counties.   This is the beginning of how it was implemented into our nation, and you can read the full story in my book if you care to learn more.
Today, what we need to be aware of is the Rio + 20 Summit that is scheduled to take place in June, in which every leader of every UN member nation is supposed to sign their treaty that will give the UN complete control over the USA and all the other nations as well, forming the New World Order that places the UN in charge of everything we do, right down to the food we’re allowed to eat.  Will the President sign it?  If not, will we just see more of the same illegal bypass of all checks and balances with implementation through “Soft Law”??
I think we need to follow in the footsteps of both Florida and Tennessee and pass legislation making Agenda 21 illegal, how about you?  If they can do it, so can we!

God Bless America,
