Russell Grider, "Trading Away Our Food and Resources"

Want to know why America is no longer an independent producing nation? Why have we become dependent on other countries for food, fiber and minerals? Mr. Grider will discuss the impacts from NAFTA and the WTO on county and local governments and our economic future. He will also tell us the steps that have been taken by New Mexico county commissions and state legislature to address these issues. This presentation is a MUST!

Saturday, Oct. 18th, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Judy Keeler, "The Wildlands Project Revealed"

A fifth generation rancher from Murray, New Mexico, Judy began researching the environmental movement when The Nature Conservancy bought a neighboring ranch, The Grey, in 1989. Her research has led to many intrigues, including the collaborative effort to implement the Wildlands Project, the radical plan to remove Americans from over 50% of the West, via reintroduction of Mexican Wolves and Jaguars.

Toni Thayer, "Why You Can't Trust the Trust"

As a Flagstaff, Arizona environmentalist, Toni worked side-by-side with the Grand Canyon Trust. Then she moved to Escalante, Utah, right into the heart of the Grand Staircase monument. After looking into the nation's enviro leaders' financial dealings and businesses, she says, "My eyes have been opened. I admit it, I was wrong. I thought they were environmentalists, but they surely aren't." She'll tell us what the enviro movement is really all about.

Shirley Whitlock, "The Constitution, A Document for Our Time"

Shirley has spent a lifetime studying the Constitution and the principles that have given us such freedom and prosperity. Her many years of research has led to an inspiring presentation that Shirley has given before many audiences around the U.S. You will gain a new appreciation for this great document and our Founding Fathers.

"Ignorance, is rightly deemed an essential prerequisite to slavery.
The more the ignorance, the better the slave.
Give Freedom to mind and you will not easily put chains upon the body.
Education prepares a freeman."
Edmund Fairfield, 1869
