Dean Gotcher to speak at
Northwest Conference June 8 & 9

Why are schools emphasizing group thinking and eliminating individual achievement? Why are so many business meetings and new "leadership" training classes creating group think? Why are all meetings held in small groups? Why do politicians have no backbone? Why is Survivor so dangerous? What happened to parliamentary procedure? Why is there no right and wrong? There is a reason and you will learn why at this "Diaprax" conference.

The Northwest "Diaprax" Conference is taking place in Milton, Washington, Friday June 8, 9am - 9pm and Saturday, June 9, 9am - 5pm, at the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 2306 Milton Way.

Come hear Dean Gotcher speak along with five other nationally known guest speakers and learn how this consensus process of yielding your beliefs to the group is changing our society and restructuring our government. Dean will explain the dialectic process which is the foundation of and "justification" for Goals 2000, Outcome-Based Education, and School-to-Work. He also explains TQM, consensus, the Delphi Technique, group dynamics, and their roles in restructuring society.
