Urge Elected Reps to Challenge Unconstitutional Acts

We are not in a struggle with environmentalism; we are in a struggle with tyranny.

What can we do?

We, The People, are responsible for instructing our elected representatives to challenge unconstitutional acts and recognize the risk that government agents may and will exceed their authority and provide misinformation.

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, whether federal or state, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose.  No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.  (The Power of County Government – Section 3 Constitutional Issues – Quotes from "The Most Secret Science" – Archibald E. Roberts)

Isn't it time we accept our responsibility?  If we lose our Constitutional Freedoms, we have no one to blame but ourselves.
