SEQUIM, WA -- A long-term commitment to plan and develop a natural history and environmental education center in Railroad Bridge Park has been reaffirmed.

Representatives of the partners in the development of the Dungeness River Audubon Center met Thursday evening in the project's new 1,600-square-foot interpretative center to sign a memorandum of understanding.

The official signing took place during the eighth annual membership meeting and potluck dinner of the Rainshadow Natural Science Foundation, one of the partners in the project.
