A Letter To The Public Concerning The Buffer Zone War

The buffer zone issue has become a major war between bureaucrats and the
citizens of America with the stakes being the Constitution, God-Given
inalienable rights, private property rights, individual livelihood, and the
future of humanity. Appointed individuals have been tentatively given carte
blanche (or a totally free hand) by North Carolina politicians (and
politicians in other states) that are more interested in future possible
votes and political power than in serving the public that elected them to
protect and serve the citizens' interests and required them to take an oath
of office that requires them, without reservation, to serve the interests of
the communities from which they were elected.

The carte blanche consists of the totalitarian fascist imposition of
bureaucratic policy on landowners and insists that fines are paid in a
manner consistent with blatant extortion methods for anything that is found
to be inconsistent with those very ambiguous and innumerable bureaucratic
"policies". No lawsuit would be needed or higher authority required.
(Notice that "policies" is a derivative of the word "police" such as in
"police state".) The fines are of a sufficiently high nature that the
majority of landowners would be forced to succumb to liens on their
properties and eventual seizures of those properties with poverty and
homelessness of their family to follow shortly thereafter.

The American Dream would be shot out of the skies immediately. The
unintended consequences would be to negate the value of the lives of the
multiple thousands of Very Honorable Veterans that have given their lives in
ALL wars fought since the American Revolutionary War to protect the American
Way of individual constitutional freedoms and the American Dream of owning a
home and property to support their families and to leave to the next
generation throughout perpetuity. All of those lives, wars, tears and
heartbreaks of surviving relatives, and heart-wrenching funerals will
instantly become a travesty of total worthlessness. All of the supposed
rock-solid guidelines of the Ten Commandments, the Constitutions of the
United States and the individual states, the (First) Ten Constitutional
Amendments (The Bill of Rights), and all we have ever believed in as
American Citizens will be thrown out as totally worthless. All of this just
to satisfy the desires of the "save-the-world and save-you-from-yourself
mentality" environmentalists.

Buffers in the mountainous areas of North Carolina (and other states) will
cause the constitutional right to own property to cease, as we have always
known it. For many years, the unconstitutional property taxes (direct
taxation) has reduced that right to a semblance of rental property and has
existed only in the belief that SOME monies are necessarily needed to carry
on local government.

The propaganda of the environmentalists would seek to tell you that buffer
zones would protect water quality. The untold story is that the polluters
are being totally ignored in the process. Environmentalists can buffer from
Maine to Mexico and Alaska to the Florida Keys and, unless the real
polluters are corrected, the pollution WILL NOT STOP! Corporations,
municipalities, for-profit land developers, and such are the source of the
mass majority of the pollution. All of the creeks and rivers on their
"endangered lists" have corporate and municipal waste discharge and runoffs.
Only a miniscule amount of pollution can be traced to individual landowners.
The buffer rules would not affect the real polluters but would open the
doors to a group of "environmental extortionists" to create massive revenues
from the innocent public without regard for right and wrong, good or bad,
individual constitutional rights, or even honesty and integrity.

Groups fighting these overly-zealous and power-hungry persons have caught
the environmentalists time and time again in blatant false statements. Many
of these lies have been caught on videotape. Much of the enviro-science has
been proven to be false and contrived to promote their fascist/socialist
agendas. The myth of global warming comes to mind immediately as the winter
of 2000/2001 was the coldest on record since records have been kept in North
America. The dubious "buffer science" used in North Carolina has been
traced to the state of Georgia.

Government has grown into a leviathan of un-needed bureaucracy. Billions
and trillions of hard-earned taxpayer dollars go to keep this gargantuan
entity fed (while politicians eat steak and lobster from someone else's
paycheck and the taxpayer foundation is lucky to have soup and crackers
left). Almost half of all individual income goes to feed the monster
whether local, state, or federal. Much of that goes to the United Nations
as dues. The UN does not count monies spent by the United States on behalf
of the UN as deductible from those dues. The leadership of the UN is
fascist and communist in composition and the "peacekeeping" efforts of the
UN are to preserve the fascist/communist control of those countries. Those
subjects own no property. They are NOT citizens. All properties belong to
the ruling government and the US has helped that to happen. Propaganda
would have you to believe that democracy is being preserved. Those
democracies are SOCIALIST democracies and NOT constitutional republics such
as the United States.

Most American families have both parents working. While one parent pays
almost half of their hard-earned income to government of some sort, the
other parent also goes out of the home to work to "make ends meet". The
result is that almost half of that income goes to the same governmental
entities AS WELL AS half of the remaining amount to child care. The children
are raised without much of the needed parental guidance by individuals that
teach values compliant with the socialist NEA "political correctness" of
homosexuality, sexual "freedom" at the expense of the precious lives of the
unborn children, socialism and the police state, anti or negated religious
values, anti-constitutionalism and the subject we are now fighting,
Socialist/Fascist environmentalism and the elimination of constitutional
rights in favor of the propaganda of "for the good of all", "for the good of
the children", and any other "horse" the socialists can freely ride to the
elimination of all personal constitutional freedoms and rights.

Meanwhile, those children are growing up hating the world for allowing their
needs of guidance in the areas of emotional stability, individual
responsibility and the most base of parental responsibilities being ignored.
They believe no one cares or even loves them. The result? In most cases it
is retaliated against with bad behavior that does succeed in getting the
attention of their parents and the surrounding persons and in the most
extreme cases, school massacres. All caused by too much government
interference, too much extreme taxation, no clear-cut right or wrong, no
personal responsibility required for the actions of the individual person,
organization, elected officials or anyone else. It's always "someone else's
fault". Even other nations hate America and Americans for interfering with
their lives, passing out money to tyrannical governments, and trying to
obtain political power on the backs of the poor and starving subjects of
those countries. When will the travesties stop? When will the ignorant be
informed?

The coming of age of an adult (which the children have been promised since
birth) with the included responsibility is no more. Freedom is soon to be no
more. The future holds only the dismal proposition of being another number
in the masses as a "government-owned taxpaying mule" without the right to
own or protect your hard-earned property. The blood, sweat, and tears of
human effort is reduced to a slave's existence as a type of share-cropper,
living on a miniscule portion of the fruits of their labor while never
having the option of owning anything or anywhere to freely rest, live, or to
own---even in the end to their own soul.

How would your life improve if your income was yours to delegate in it's
entirety, at least one parent could remain as a guiding force in the
physical, emotional, and spiritual guidance of their children without
governmental interference (DSS and CPS) as proposed by constitutional right,
and government could not spend one cent of your money without your
unconditional approval on EACH application as was intended?

It is time now for the honest citizen to stand firmly against the
environmentalist thieves for his/her God-given rights to own property, to
pursue the American Dream, to live with the freedom to enjoy the fruits of
their labor, the freedom to live in the pursuit of happiness and preserve
the constitutional rights and freedoms that American Veterans have fought
and died to protect, the masses of humanity all over the world have sought
after, fought for, and died in the thousands for in the efforts to achieve
basic human rights and freedom since time began. America remains as the
last vestige of freedom and she is teetering on the edge of the abyss while
slowly and continually losing grip on reality. How long before she falls
into non-existence? Only YOU can reach out a hand to pull her back to safety
where she can protect YOU and your children. That hand is simply one vote,
one letter or one phone call to a politician, one researched opinion
enthusiastically and publicly stated, one person fighting for the right, the
good, the honorable, and the nation's integrity. Just one, plus just one
more, plus hundreds more, and thousands more, and eventually millions more..
All starting with JUST ONE.. YOU!

Will you stand by and watch the great constitutional republic of the
American Nation be brought to her knees in tearful subservience to fascist
socialism, or will you stand with your family, friends, and neighbors to
preserve this great nation founded on God-Given individual rights and voice
your right of freedom of speech to reverse the trend of socialism that has
already taken almost everything sacred to the American Citizen?

What will you do when you are levied a fine of thousands of dollars for a
bureaucrat's whim of a policy? What will you do when your home is held in
lien for non-payment and the future of your children is instantly placed at
zero value? How much more do you have to give up "for your own good" before
you no longer have anything TO give up?

Don't let your future, and the future of your children, become a total loss
by being apathetic to your responsibilities as an American Citizen. Read
the US Constitution thoroughly. Read the constitution of your state
thoroughly. Read the oaths of office of your representatives. Make them
stand for those oaths and constitutional guidelines. Show them that the
votes that they most desperately want are very strictly contingent upon
adherence to their constitutional guidelines and sworn oaths. Let them know
that you are a force to be reckoned with at the polls. Tell them that you
will not stand by and watch as the life's-blood of yourself and your
children is drained into the pockets of power-hungry socialists. Let
politicians and legislators know that ALL political power is vested in YOU,
the people and citizens of the United States and that you will not tolerate
those that would bend your constitutional rights and constitutional law to
suit themselves. Government has no constitutional right or authority to own
or have authority over land or private property! Those rights are reserved
to
the people.

Remember that:

1. God created man.
2. Man (you) created the Constitution.
3. The Constitution created government.
4. Government created corporations and excessive taxation.

YOU are SECOND in that equation and Governmental authority comes FOURTH!
YOU are the employer, the Constitution is the "rulebook", and the elected
"officials" are the lowly and subservient paid employees! Don't neglect
your responsibilities as a supervisor. Keep the politician "employees"
within the rules of the "rulebook". Don't let them usurp your rights and
authority as their employer.

Be a LOUD voice in the protection of the constitution that protects you and
your children against the beast of tyranny seeking to eliminate your
freedoms and rights as a citizen.

Fight for clean water and AGAINST BUFFER ZONING and the resultant
bureaucratic "extortion" of YOUR political power, YOUR money, and YOUR
future as a citizen of the Greatest Nation on the earth. United we stand,
divided we fall. One Nation, under God, indivisible, with LIBERTY, and
JUSTICE for ALL!
