(Note: This article is such a minefield of language deception that there's
very little that could pass for truth in it. Plan, preservation, trust, open
space, 'financing structure,' 'minimize interest,' 'smart growth agenda,'
'new priorities,' 'his initiatives,' 'needed parks,' 'prudent financing
mechanism,' 'open space acquisitions,' 'financial leverage,' 'effective open
space preservation program,' 'financing arrangements,' 'signals a strong
shared commitment,' 'preserving New Jersey's open space resources
[CONTROLLING New Jersey's RESOURCES is what it should say],' and there's
still two more paragraphs in the article! This is CRIMINAL! Please read with
care. Let me just editorialize a bit here and rewrite the article, below the
actual article, as it REALLY means, agenda-wise.)

TRENTON, New Jersey (ENS) - New Jersey today announced a new bonding plan
that will provide the Garden State Preservation Trust an additional $100
million annually to expedite the preservation of New Jersey's open space.

Based on recommendations from the state Department of Treasury, the Garden
State Preservation Trust approved a new financing structure that will allow
the state to minimize interest and debt service costs to taxpayers while
maximizing the proceeds generated for the open space program.

The plan will provide for a mix of $400 million in current interest bonds and
$100 million in zero-coupon bonds.

"Governor [James] McGreevey's Smart Growth agenda sets new priorities for
open space preservation and a sound financing plan to support his initiatives
-- including funds for needed parks in local communities," said Department of
Environmental Protection Commissioner Brad Campbell.

"Today's plan will increase the funding resources we have to accomplish these
goals."

"We are extremely pleased with the Trust's approval of this prudent financing
mechanism for open space acquisitions," said state Treasurer John McCormac.
"The mixture of current interest and zero coupon bonding provides the
financial leverage New Jersey needs to implement a sound and effective open
space preservation program."

McCormac said the approval of financing arrangements signals a strong shared
commitment to preserving New Jersey's open space resources.

Preserved open space protects New Jersey's water supply and quality,
preserves sensitive habitats for endangered and threatened species, minimizes
sprawl, and provides recreational opportunities.

Since the Garden State Preservation Trust's inception in 1998, New Jersey has
purchased nearly 300,000 acres for open space preservation, has approved more
than $50 million in recreational projects and park development, and provided
over $13 million for historic preservation projects.

Article Rewrite:

TRENTON, New Jersey (ENS) - Those who control the working and honest
residents of New Jersey today announced another plan -- as usual, cloaked in
'Aesopian Language' so that the fools won't know what's being done to them --
that will provide the Garden State Preservation Trust an additional $100
million annually to take over more and more of New Jersey's resources.

Since we're already taxing them to death, this $100 big ones is really going
to more deeply feather our own nests, but they'll never believe that of us.
After all, we made 'political promises!' We're the mighty 'elected officials!'

Based on recommendations from the state Department of Treasury, the Garden
State Preservation Trust approved a new financing structure -- heh, hey,
we're real proud of that little phrase! -- that will allow the state to
minimize interest and debt service costs (another cute little language
deception sleight of hand) to taxpayers while maximizing the proceeds
generated for the open space program. In other words, we're going to put ever
more of a burden on the already almost-broken backs of the peons that we play
mind games with!

The plan will inhale $400 million in 'current interest bonds' and $100
million in 'zero-coupon bonds.' It doesn't matter what names we give 'em,
we're just shakin' down the residents, pure and simple. They're used to it,
and we give 'em the chance to lease a shiny 'tin can' car every few years,
and buy the biggest TV they can 'rent to own!' They think they've got it
made!

"Governor [James] McGreevey's Smart Growth agenda 'goes where no man has gone
before' -- including funds for his new yacht and villa on the French
Riviera," said Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Brad
Campbell.

"Today's plan will increase the funding resources we have to accomplish these
goals." Hey, this one is actually true! We DO try to throw in a few crumbs of
truth, just for comic relief, you know!

"We are extremely pleased with this latest step in trying to sate our
addiction for power," said state Treasurer John McCormac, behind his hand and
under his breath, and also -- as far as the bought-and-paid-for-'free press'
is concerned -- off the record. What will get printed in the 'funny papers'
that the 'citizens' think of as 'news' is: "The mixture of current interest
and zero coupon bonding provides the financial leverage New Jersey needs to
implement a sound and effective open space preservation program." They'll
never know -- or the few that do will not be believed -- what's happening to
them, until it's too late, the gate swings shut and we slap the padlock on.

McCormac said in his own inimitable fashion, being the master of conflict
resolution that he is, that 'approval of financing arrangements signals a
strong shared commitment to preserving New Jersey's open space resources.' He
knows, as our mouthpiece, that the only sharing that's being done is us as we
carve up the property pie!

Controlled open space controls New Jersey's water supply and saves all that
real estate for US while herding the mindless ones into 'high density
housing' and 'smart growth' and making them think it's necessary in order to
'save' some stupid bug or weed, the fools!

We have them convinced that our actions are done for their own good and that
all of this unnecessary and totally illegal (according to their holdout
'Constitution') land/water/resource theft that we're getting away with,
'minimizes sprawl, and provides recreational opportunities.'

Ha! We're just making sure that there's more for US, and wait 'til they see
the 'recreational opportunities' that are coming 'down the pike' for them!
Shoe leather and bicycles, and they'll feel lucky to have either!

Since the Garden State Preservation Trust's publicized inception in 1998 --
under that cute-n-catchy name that invokes warm and fuzzy feelings in the
populace -- New Jersey's poor working stiffs have purchased nearly 300,000
acres for what they think is open space preservation.

The GSPT has approved -- although we didn't ask anyone because we're
accountable to no one! -- more than $50 million in what we tell the dummies
is 'recreational projects and park development,' and provided over $13
million for 'historic preservation projects' that are really just
smokescreens for the day to come, soon, when we just lock it all up and take
it all away from them, like we're doing with their cars and travel plans.

Yes, the hassles at the airport are designed to stop the third-class denizens
of the slums from doing anything but giving us every drop of their blood,
sweat and tears. Soon, they'll give up and stay home and help us drop the
population levels to where all that's left are us and the few of them that we
deem to be enough to furnish all our needs.
